ACADEMICS

In Oakfield-Alabama, we provide well-balanced educational opportunities that maximize individual potential, while preparing students to be productive, responsible, college/career-ready, and proper civic members of our ever-changing global society. 

We will develop a plan to obtain, monitor, and share real data that influences and drives instruction and building priorities. 

CULTURE and CLIMATE

In Oakfield-Alabama, we support and sustain a safe, nurturing, respectful, and collaborative environment where staff and students are supported to bring out OA pride within our schools and community.

We will develop a plan to actively engage staff to address concerns and promote respectful relationships with staff that accentuate the positives that exist in the district. 

BUDGET

In Oakfield-Alabama, we develop a fiscally responsible, transparent budget that maximizes opportunities for all community stakeholders.
